We believe couples should have freedom in their choices because every couple’s style, desires, needs and budget are unique.
As a result, we have an open vendor policy with no required vendor lists you have to work with. You choose the vendors that fit your personality and most importantly your budget. This includes hosting your own bar, with no corkage fees, so you have complete control over your food and beverage costs.
We provide the beautiful setting, the tables and chairs, the set up and all of our included amenities - you customize the rest.

No two weddings are exactly alike which is why we have an open vendor policy. We have a list with some of our favorite vendors in the area that we will provide so you can spend less time researching BUT we do not require that you choose from our list. You choose who you want to work with based on who fits your vision and budget.

You & Your Guests Have Exclusive Access All Day
We only host one event each day which means you have completely private access to the entire venue for 12 hours. We also offer an option for early entry if more time is needed.

Our main hall can seat up to 200 guests with ample room for a dance floor and up to 250 with more limited floor plans.

We know that every couple’s vision and needs are unique. We also believe that what we offer in both our venue and our services is unique and more than just a simple price. Your total investment with us is influenced by the time of year, day of the week and number of guests.
Ultimately, it is our goal is to customize our services so you’re getting what you want and need, giving you the most value for the most affordable rate we can offer. All this with with no hidden fees like taxes, cleaning fees or service fees.
